The launching of the Children's Bilingual Book about the Coronavirus.
Last Friday, Faraxa Publishing, together with L-Aġenzija Nazzjonali tal-Litteriżmu launched the bilingual children's book ‘The Thousand Questions of Dino Ricciolino about the Coronavirus / L-Elf Mistoqsija ta' Dino Ricciolino dwar il-Virus Corona’ at the Ministry of Education.
The Minister for Education and Employment Owen Bonnici was presented with the book. The aim of this bilingual book aimed at children aged three to ten years is to answer with clarity and simplicity, but at the same time with scientific accuracy, the thousand questions that crowd the minds of our little ones. The Maltese and English ebooks will be given free of charge to all the students.
The author of this books is Chiara Battistelli and the colourful illustrations were drawn by Onda S. The Maltese translation was done by Joanne Micallef,edited by Anthony Aquilina and proofread by the National Literacy Agency. The editing and English language proofreading were done by Proofreading Malta. The book design was done by Naomi Gatt.
