Chi Cerca Trova: Cinquanta crucipuzzle per chi vuole apprendere il lessico italiano by Matthew Scerri, Ph.D., is specifically designed to help learners gain a sound knowledge of the basic Italian vocabulary. This activity book includes 50 word search puzzles and other grammar exercises. All activities are divided into three sections according to the linguistic competency of the learners. The book is useful for all type of learners irrespective of age, gender and level of competency. Moreover, the fun exercises incorporated in this book aim to motivate learners to work on their own outside the classroom environment.

About the Author

Matthew Scerri studied Italian Language at the University of Malta where he received the Ph.D. in 2011. The title of his doctoral thesis was Lelemento favolistico-fiabesco nella narrativa giovanile scritta da Italo Calvino. Scerri teaches Italian in an independent secondary school in Malta and is a Visiting Lecturer at the Department of Italian within the Faculty of Arts at the aforementioned university. In 2012, the author published his first book Il-Hajja u l-Avventuri ta Santa Klaws, a translation from English to Maltese of Frank L. Baums famous book The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus.Chi Cerca Trova is Scerri's second book published by Faraxa.
